As of there is no upper age limit for NEET unless Supreme Court passes any judgment regarding the same, as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid out below, you can appear for NEET:-
Attained 17 years by 31st December of the appearing year.
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.
PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category-
- UR - 50%
- SC/ST/OBC - 40%
- PWD - 45%

NTA has released the official brochure regarding the details about NEET age limit and limits to appear for NEET 2021. Based on the notification, candidate above 17 years of age can apply and appear for the NEET exam as many times as he/she wants as there is no upper NEET age limit criteria.
As per Neet eligibility criteria to be eligible for NEET you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry,biology/biotechnology and English.
