If you have studied Diploma in Engineering in any stream after completion of 10 th standard for them Engineering is only 3 years as they take Lateral Entry into B.E/ B.Tech 2 nd year.
Admission is based on entrance exam/ merit. Entrance exams are JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, TS EAMCET, SRM JEE, VITEEEE, AUEET, MHT CET, etc.
