I understand what you are trying to ask as this is a time full of worries and tension. But dear student don't worry you will score good marks if you study properly and your concepts are good . Now moving on to what you asked . So dear student you haven't mentioned the state from where you belong as it plays a very important role that you hold domicile of which state as 85% quota of every state is there and the cut off for all is different but nevertheless try to get marks above 520 to be on safer side . To be sure to get a medical seat . Here I am attaching a link for your reference of the cut offs of 2019 you can check state and marks according in it and you will get a fair idea about how much marks you need to get. While keep this thing in mind every year cutoff changes and marks needed by a student also increases .
