The Delhi University cut off are released on the basis of number of seats available in each course and the percentage at which each college calls for admission. The lowering of the cut off is totally at the discretion of the college. Few colleges even choose to shut down admission for some course depending on the seats availability. So it is very difficult to predict cut off of any college beforehand. Some colleges might lower the cut off other might even raise the cut off. The final decision lies in the hands of the college. Still by seeing the past trends, i can say that any college would not lower the cut off with more than 1 or 2% .
