Hey Shiwangi! According to my knowledge If you have accepted the seat in first round and paid the fees of the respective college then you registered for 2nd round then you have to freeze and pay the fees of the seat you will be allotted in the 2nd round if you want it and you need to cancel the first one to get you money back after deduction of some charges.
