NEET cut off depends upon a lot of factors viz. number of students who scored highest marks, difficulty level of the question paper, and number of students who appeared for the exam. Nothing can be said with surety till the NEET 2018 result is declared

Hey! Hi.
You must get atleast 450+ marks to get a government college. And yes, talking about fees, for government college for MBBS, it is around 4-5 lac for Complete course and for BDS it is around 2-3 lac for Complete course in Government college.
