the Elgibilty criteria for General for IIT is minmum 75% aggregate marks in any board of Heigher Secondary Education.
and for SC/ST/PWD it is 65%.
OR
Top 20 percentile.as marks obtained in BSEB is very low .so if you are not getting 75 % tatal marks then you can get a certificate from your board of top 20 percentile,if your percentage will be above or equal to that,then you will be eligible for IIT.

Hello Himanshu, Bihar Board Of Open Schooling And Examination is the recognized board which is autonomus body eatablished by the govt of Bihar. BBOSE is the distance learning education progarmmme established for the marginalised commmunity, financially backward students who are helpless and do job in order to overcome with financial crisis. This is the recognized board and student passed from this board equally eligible for other the exams.
IIT eligiblity: For taking admission in IIT a candidate have to pass the JEE exam. There is no age limit for JEE exam. Candidate passed or appeared in 12th class examination are eligible for this exam. A candidate have atleast 5 subjects in 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics as acompulsory subject from arecognized board. For the JEE mains a candidates can appears in three consecutive years. For getting admission in IITS/NITS/GFTIS a candidate have to secure atleast 75% in 10+2 exam for general category and 65% marks for reserved categories. A candidate have to secure 50% marks for B Arch Programme.
