Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing good. As per your query YES for sure you will be able to solve questions of your NEET exam based on your NCERT grasp, but in these types of competitive exams, not only accuracy but speed also matters for which you have to practice more and more questions of the same pattern which is not that possible with NCERT because in NCERT you can get only theory in depth. so yes for theory NCERT is sufficient but for problem-solving you have to manage with other books too.
Hope this information is helpful. Fell free for any query
Hope you are doing well .
Yes you can score very good marks if you study physics from NCERT. First you should mark important points to clear your concepts from NCERT book. Then you should revise them thoroughly.
After that you should MCQ based questions from any relevant reference book, you can also solve NCERT exemplar.
Some of the reference books I suggest to you are:
DC Pandey
NCERT at your fingertips
In neet 2021 physics paper was quite lengthy, so you should try solving in a time limit and increase your speed. You should solve previous year papers too
I personally studied NCERT book only for clearing my concepts and Aakash modules for solving question.
That is enough to score good marks.
Thanks and regards
Dear aspirant !
Hope you are doing great ! However ncert from physics is also not easy task but if someone you will read it then surely you will get a decent score in physics that will be not enough to get a good college but if you readily understand concept from ncert then it will be enough it's totally depend upon you how you read any book/topic.
Hope it helps you !!
Thank you!!
