If you want to change the university, it's a pretty difficult task and you need to score a lot as well. And I'm afraid changing university will lose you a year as well. You can go to private colleges, they might get you in by taking hell loads of money.

Changing colleges under the same university is easier. You just need to pass and get a GPA above 5-6. If you come under the merit then you're in!
