Hello,

The human resources officer should have expertise in the different computer skills such as word and excel. In Recruitment Area : according to job requirement hiring manager should draft job description in MS office, or directly to the company's career page or in various job portals. So you should be good at working with Microsoft suite specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. And you must be good at handling and sending  Mails.  So  learning Email course  is a must. In the case of selection and interviews : Software managers and assistant uses Application Tracking System to call for an interview according to the top rank candidates. Advanced firms use SAP software, Oracle HRM, EnterpriseIQ, for management of  all the HR related activities.
