Hello,
VIT (Vellore Institute of Technology) is a private institute and have four campuses accross India, and it doesn't accept admission on the basis of JEE MAINS score. VIT conducts their own entrance exam know as VITEEE (Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam).
Here's some basic eligibility criterias for VITEEE
1. A candidate should be Indian, Non-Indian, PIO, OCI holder. Foreign Candidates are also eligible to apply.
2. A candidate must have passed or appearing in the year 2021.
3. He/She have achieved 60 percent aggregate in physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Here are the important dates for VITEEE
1. Last date to submit application form- March 30th 2021
2. Date of examination- June 18th to June 26th, 2021
3. Declaration of Result- Last week of June, 2021
4. Commencement of classes- July, 2021
