Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 613 for Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi under state quota for General category and this year the cut-offs are to be increased with about 15-20 marks so for safer side your NEET score should be around 650 out of 720 marks for NEET 2021.
