Dear Aspirant, there is a lot of competition to get into AIIMS. Therefore the cut off rank for pursuing various courses at AIIMS is much higher than other medical colleges and institutes in India. If you wish to get into AIIMS with ease than aim for getting into top 50 ranks in NEET. If you get into top 50 ranks in NEET your chances will be much higher. If you rank in 50-100 then you will have to face competition. You need to work hard to get into  a renowned medical college like AIIMS.

Hello, aiims cut off is very high every year but to get admission in aiims one must get a rank between 50-100 for general category. But for 2020 you can't predict yet once cut off is out we can get and idea about the marks for getting admission in aiims. You need to be on top to grab a seat that's definitely sure.
Thankyou.
