Here, I am providing average salary of surgeon who transplants heart:

If surgeon is working as intern:

Monthly salary

Average salary-1,00,000

Starting salary-75,000

Junior level salary -75,000

Senior level salary -3,50,000

If surgeon is working as head:

Monthly salary

Average salary -3,50,000

Starting salary -2,00,000

Junior level salary -2,00,000

Senior level salary -10,00,000

There are no so called Heart Tansplant Surgeon. This are mainly Cardiovascular Surgeons/Cardiothoracic Surgeon, who performs quite number of different heart surgery procedure such as  heart failure surgery, heart transplantation, heart valve surgery, surgery to treat congenital heart defects in children and congenital heart disease in adults, transcatheter aortic valve replacement etc. In India, as per some of the surveying companies such as Glassdoor provides information that, on an average a fresher surgeon in this field are on an average Rs. 70k per month. Although, on gaining experience, it may go as high as Rs. 2 Lacs-4 lacs per month.
