Hello purva!
For scoring above 90% most private and government engineering colleges do provide scholorships for students.
Please check your eligibility in your preferred college for the BE civil course.
If you belong to SC/ST or any of the backward castes you may be able to avail a scholorship.

The fee concession depends on college. Most colleges offer fee concession for engineering students based on merit. But some will be providing scholarships rather than concession. So this varies and please check the fee structure and concession of college at their official website.
