A BBA with MBA 5 year course is called the integrated prograam. The fees of this depends on the institute from which you are pursuing this course. Among the top B Schools in India, IIm Indore is the only IIM to offer this course under the name of IPM.

In order to join IPM you need to give IPMAT. It is more or less similar to CAT and the preparation can be done in a similar manner. The first three years the student does the B.A.(Foundations in MAnagement) while the next two years they get merged with the 2 year MBA program to complete their 5 year degree. There is lot of preperation material online which you can refer to.

It has been estimated that an integrated BBA-MBA program is capable of producing a more holistic manager because the students would absorb in the principles and practices of management for a very long period and thus will develop a deeper understanding of theoretical knowledge and practices of the profession.

The fee structure for integrated MBA course varies from college to college and universities to universities. The final amount is always in lakhs.

For example, in Doon Business School , the following fee structure is followed:

Whereas in, Xavier's University , the total fees revolves around 8 lakhs.

Similarly, in Nirma Institute of Management , the amount is 1.8 lakhs per annum (approx.)

Likewise, in Jindal Global Business School , the fees is 3.5 lakhs per annum (approx.)

Further, in IIM Indore , the fees for integrated MBA (BBA+PGP) is around 20 lakhs.

Could you please clarify which colleges/universities are you talking about? There are reputed universities where the fees can go as high as 25 lacs and there are other universities too where the fees can be as low as 1 lac to 2.5 lacs. So you need to know how much you are willing to pay and what kind of college you are targetting.
