Sorry, but your question is not much clear. As per as I understood your query , you need to pay the fees of the college you are alloted and decide to take admisiion.

There is no extra fees for choosing a college in round 2 except for the fact you need to regaterr if you haven't registered in first round . For government seat in order college the fees will be the same as of the private college.
