how much fees I have to pay if my annual income gets more than 8 lack for 3rd year private medical collage but my 1st year admission was as OBC-NCL and subjected to pay 50% fees..

In some colleges they ask for your ncl certificate every year before registering for exam. If you are n more under NCL then you need to report this to the concerned office in your institute (the one concerned with fee payment) and ask them what the next step should be. If your OBC NCL certificate was obtained before 1 year, it is better to get a new OBC NCL or OBC creamy layer (like you are now) before applying for exams.
