About 65% of seats in Private Medical colleges is reserved as Govt quota seats and is filled through govt counseling.Fee structure is as per govt guidelines - varies from Rs 1.80 L to Rs 3.60 L per annum. 35% of seat is for management quota.

In management quota, there are approx. 12000 seats. 65% of the medical seats are filled through counselling based on state and central level entrance exam. The fees of direct MBBS admission in Indiafor these seatscan range annually from 3 Lakhs-10 Lakhs as per the college rating.

Here are about 210 private medical colleges in india. and the fee structure varies from year to year and college to college, but i can say for sure that Christian Medical College vellore is a very good and top college , which is private and the fee structure is less than even 1 lakh. there are many other colleges in karnataka that has fee structure of 3 lakhs per year. there are colleges in north too offering education at around 3 lakhs, but the best one is cmc vellore and cmc ludhiana. good luck
