How much gate score is needed to get gate stipend of 12400 in thapar during m.tech civil engineering?

If you qualify in GATE, you can apply to any university and avail the GATE Stipend. It is not restricted to Thapar as it is given by the Govt through AICTE. Check here . You have to apply for it if you qualify GATE.

Actually there is restricted no of gate stipend approvals for each college lyk in thapar there are 19 for open category students so i ask wat is the cut off for these 19¿

Not really. Each institute or college has a restricted number of seats and therefore the restriction. However what I wish to point out is that if you qualify GATE, chances are that you will be given admission. There is no prescribed cutoff as such. This goes for all state wise M.Tech admissions.
