Hello,

These days people are following other people and trying to do what others are doing. You should understand yourself and ask yourself how much time your body needs for sleep. A sleep of 7-8 is compulsory for anyone and you must do that. Rest all the time is yours, manage time and give more time to your weak subjects and less time to strong subjects. I have seen students scoring 90+ consistently with just 6 hours of study. No matter how much time you study, just give your 100% everytime.

Hello,

Whether or not you want to score full marks you need to sleep for 7-8 hours daily. Sleeping for 7-8 hours helps you to have a balanced and healthy lifestyle. It also helps you to be active throughout the day and this will help you to perform well in your academics. And to get full marks you need to be consistent and work hard everyday. You can prepare a timetable and follow it. You need to manage the time that you have.
