Most of the colleges take fees in the form of one time full installment per semester. First they take the tuition fees after which they will ask for the hostel and mess fees besides the convenience fees. It may vary depending upon the institute, also since this is the time of the pandemic so maybe the fees will be reduced if your college doesnt open up (since you wont be using the hostel and mess).
