Now I cannot specify too much as the college has different branches and the MHT CET score for these are different. Then category wise also and quota wise (Maharashtra CAP, All India and Minority) the scores are different. I am assuming that you are asking for open category and for maharashtra cap seats. MHT score of around 140 - you will stand a chance at a seat. If it is for CS, a higher score may be required. JEE Main score also is somewhat around 140 to 150.
