Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination. Onwards this year admission in AIIMS is through NEET so its difficult to predict exact cut off but as AIIMS is aspirants first choice you need to score around 650 above in neet.
