The tuition fee for Pushpagiri Medical College is INR 616000 per annum. The hostel fee is around 1,40,000 per annum (mess included). The security deposit (one time) is INR 30,000. The miscellaneous fee charged is also 30,000. The college also has a compulsory 1-year rural service bond.
