Fee for Engineering depends upon the college you are taking different colleges have different fee structure, government college are cheaper as compared to private college and private universities. On an average a private college fees is around ₹ 80000 - ₹ 100000 per annum. But it reduces to around ₹ 40000 per annum. 

It depends on which college you want to take admission. If you opt for govt college than minimal or no fee at all. For other institutes fee structure brochure wilk be provided in their website.

Per semester fee on an average engineering college is Rs 1 lakh. Might be more but not less.
