How much is the fees for beginners admission in KCCI? I read on the website that it is 17500( including workbook) is it true? Doesn't they have any scholarship for starting learning?

In KCCI, the total fee is Rs. 17,250/- (It is for Tuition fee - 15000 INR, and Textbooks - 2,250 INR) for beginner's level. It appears to be that there is no scholarship offered in the institute.
