Every college having different fees structure for Computer Science Engineering and it is also depends upon course like BE (Bachelor in engineering ) ,Btech ( Bachelor in technology ) and Mtech ( Master in technology ) with government and private college .Gov college fees structure is less from private college .
If we go through your tagging line college Mahatma Gandhi Mission Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering college then they provides BE in computer science approximate cost is 6 lakhs and mtech in computer science course approximate fees is 3 lakhs .

It's depend on your college and also at your income and as well as your cast.
As example of SBSSTC COLLEGE is -General fee for this course(computer science) per year is Rs. 11000 . If your family income is less than Rs. 100000 then you are able to get the Chief Minister Scholarship if you were scored 60% plus marks in class12 and if you are from Punjab and Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes(sc/st) then your fees per is Rs. 0.
More on other who are belonging to fee waiver and Pradhan Mantri Scholarship Scheme(PMSS). Yes, I feel that I am geeting my money's worth because of quality of education.
So, from above it conclude that colleges have thier different fee structure.

If you are talking about BE Computer science engineering course then the fee for this is 6 lakhs and the Duration 4 years and seat's available are 120.
