Hii Rahul, I checked it from various sources , it is true that the weightage of electricity and magnetism is 36 for JEE Mains. The weightage of the chapters included is as follows-

    • Current electricity- 12
    • Electrostatics - 12
    • Magnetism - 8
    • Electromagnetic induction; AC - 4 (question is asked either from EMI or from AC)
