Now, look, BAMS is a 5 and ½ year course which includes 1year internship program. For bams, qualifying marks in neet is around 120. For getting a government seat, one should be with 450+ marks in NEET.
With 300 marks, you may get a private seat whose cost is a little bit larger than a government one. The cost for a bams seat in a private college is around 1 to 3.2 Lacs per annum.
