Hello,
You haven't mentioned the college in which you want to join. To join in IITs/INITs/IIITs you need to score the qualifying cut off percentile specified by NTA. In 2020 the qualifying cut off percentile was as follows
- General:90.3765335
- OBC-NCL:72.8887969
- EWS:70.2435518
- SC:50.1760245
- ST:39.0696101
- PWD:0.0618524
In 2021 the expected qualifying cut off percentile is as follows
- General: 90-95
- EWS/OBC-NCL: 70-75
- SC: 50-55
- ST: 40-45
- PWD: 1-2
So you should aim to score the expected percentile or above to be eligible to get admission to IITs/INITs/IIITs. However, you need to score above the cut off percentile to have decent chances of getting seat in the above mentioned institutes.
