Hello,
There is as such no minimum percentile required for acquiring cse branch in NIT . It actually depends on the quality of candidates appearing for the examination and how well they have scored. If the competition is less then you would get cse branch at lower marks also .
But it is preferable to keep your percentile above 90 to be on safer side to get NITs like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut, Trichy, warangal, Surathkal.
