Anshuman,first of all NEET is of 720 marks in total.And for a general category student,you'll have to score over 680+ for AIIMS Delhi & 650+ for AIIMS of other cities in the country.You can get into colleges like Maulana Azad if your score is 650+ .So,I think that's the answer to your question.Good luck!

First of all neet is out 720 marks and not just 700 marks.

Actually, predicting cut off marks for getting into Aiims  is quite difficult as this is the first time ever when AIIMS are conducting admission through neet  examination

Also,

cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination, number of students that appeared in the exam,  etc , also AIIMS will be providing admission through all India quota for which cutoff marks goes high

keeping these things in mind you should target least 670-680 marks in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Delhi if you belong to general category
