As cut-off marks vary state to state and year to year depending upon number of students appear in the exam and the difficulty level of the exam so if you belong to general and if you are applying under 85% state quota seats then to be on safer side you should score above 520 marks to secure a seat in government medical colleges and if you are applying under 15% all india quota seats then you should score above 560 marks to secure a seat in government medical colleges while for AIIMS you need to score above 150 marks.i hope this information helps you.
