As a general rule, marks around 500 or more than 500 are considered sufficient to get into a government medical college in tamil nadu

Last year's cutoff was around 530.

When you score above 550 in NEET, You  may have decent chances for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. The suggestion is made considering the previous year cut-offs.
