85% of seats under the state quota are offered based on merit in 12( physics, chemistry, biology, and zoology) reduced to the scale of 200 marks. Final admission is granted based on counseling under a single-window system.
Open category: A minimum 50% marks in botany/ biology and zoology taken together. And a minimum of 50% marks in physics & chemistry taken together. Students must note that the total aggregate percentage of marks should not be less than 70%
Backward class: A minimum of 50% marks in biology and zoology taken together. And a minimum 50% marks in physics & chemistry are taken together. Students must note that the total aggregate percentage of marks should not be less than 65%
SC & ST: A minimum of 40% marks in biology and zoology took together. And a minimum of 40% marks in physics and chemistry taken together. Students must not that total aggregate percentage marks should not be less than 40%
Most backward & denotified communities: A minimum 50% marks in botany and zoology taken together. And a minimum of 50% marks in physics & chemistry are taken together. Students must note that the total aggregate percentage of marks should not be less than 60%
