For a Candidate belonging to OBC Category, he/she should score atleast 40 percentile of the top NEET score. That is the cut off formula. Now the cut off marks change every year though the formula remains the same. This is because the top NEET score changes every year and also Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This is a cut off for you to qualify in NEET. In 2019, it was 107-133, and was increased by 15 marks since 2018. But this will not secure you a seat in a GMC. You haven't mentioned the State you belong to and also if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category. Now every State contributes 15% of its GMC seats for All India Counselling while retaining 85% of its seats for State Counselling. States like Delhi, Bihar have higher cut offs than the rest of the States. But in general, you will need more than 550 for a seat in GMC under OBC Category. But for Delhi, you will need more than 625. So please do let us know the State you belong to and we shall help you with relevant information.
