I hope you are doing well, about your question, I have not heard of a quota going by the name of 'doctor military quota' , though, there is an Ex Servicemen quota under 85% seats reserved for state quota.

Now there a few states in India that may have reservation under Defence Quota. Such quota can vary from state to state and also depends from which state you have domicile in. If possible I would like to know which state u are from and I'll try to find out about this quota or i can also suggest you another way I.e. by contacting with your state counselling authorities, they will surely provide you more information about this.
