There is no any official cutoff in term of score & rank released by COA for NATA. However the following criteria will be considered to be qualified NATA Entrance Exam.

You need to secure at least 30 out of 120 or minimum 25% marks in MCQ portion.

You have to secure minimum 25% marks or 20 out of 80 in drawing portion.

The overall qualifying marks (out of 200).
