As you belongs to Tamil Nadu and therefore you can take admission through State quota seats so as per previous year's cut-off you can get into Stanley Medical College with the category BC if you will score around 550-600 marks out of 720 in NEET. Note that this estimation is based on previous year's data because cut-offs for this year is not released yet and cut-offs are keep changing every year depending upon various factors.
