CA doesn't require admission in any college. CA is a professional course and not an undergraduation degree. For appearing in your CA foundation exam that is the first level of your CA journey you need to pass your class 12 that's it . After you have appeared for your class 12 exams you can get yourself registered for the foundation exams .
