Hello Aspirant,
You should acquire 45 % in 10+2from a recognized institute or college. 50% marks (40% in case of candidates of SC/ST category) is needed in Mathematics + Physics + Chemistry/Biology. Grades of entrance exams like - IITJEE, AIEEE, BITSAT also is necessary to get into Civil Engineering/ any branches.
Your rank in the entrance exam also matters.
To gain access to higher education civil engineering courses usually Maths and Physics are required.
You can also pursue Diploma in Civil Engineering to become a Civil Engineer in respective fields apart from BTech Civil Engineering.
