It is difficult to predict the exact marks because the marks vs rank and cut off rank tends to change every year depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. The cut off rank varies for each category and the branch. You have not mentioned your category and the branch you are interested in. Admission in IIT, Bombay is based on merit in JEE Advanced. Analysing the previous year cut off trends to get admission in to IIT, Bombay you need to score minimum 50-55% of total marks if you belong to general category, 45-50% of total score if you belong to general category and if you belong to SC/ST  you need to score minimum 40-45% of total score.
