Assuming that you are asking about how much marks you need in class 12th state board to be eligible to appear for the NEET exams to get a medical seat in India.
- The minimum percentage for general category is 50% in PCB (aggregate), for SC/ST/OBC is 40% in PCB (aggregate), for general PH is 45% in PCB (aggregate) and for SC/ST/OBC handicapped is 40% is PCB (aggregate).
- Pass in English subject.
NOTE- SC- SCHEDULED CASTES, ST- SCHEDULED TRIBES, OBC- OTHER BACKWARD CASTES, PH- PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED.

Neet eligibility criteria says that, to be eligible one must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st
So, to answer your question
if you are from OBC category you need at least 40% aggregate pcb i. e in aggregate of physics chemistry and Biology to be eligible for Neet examination
