There are no specific marks that are enough to get into medical college. There is criteria for scoring 50 percentile to qualify neet. But this does not mean that you can get a seat in a medical college. Each college and each state have different cutoffs every year. And the fees are also different for different colleges. Private colleges usually have very high fees , but government colleges are very cheap.

So different colleges , different cutoffs, different fees.
