Dear Rahul, Jammu and Kashmir along with Telangana and Andhra Pradesh doesn't participate in All India Counselling which means technically they lose out on All India Quota unless they produce a self declaration form. Because RBA falls under OBC, you should score atleast 40% of the Higest score in NEET. For example, if the highest score in NEET is 400, you should score 10 to qualify in NEET. However for a seat, it should be more than 400 for girls and 450 for boys.
