Hey.
The cut off ranks and marks respectively for admission in Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi in the previous year for the SC category was a rank of 33,975 and 481 marks.
Though the cut off changes each year due to various factors like level of competition, difficulty of paper and many more, but you can still expect a similar range of cut off. Hence you'd require a score above 480 atleast for a fair chance of admission here under the SC category.

Ita very hard to say exact score you should get in NEET FOR IMS VARANASI but i could say you approximately because it depends lot many factors like total number of students taken exam , categories , in that case as per your reservation you should get 370 plus score definitely
