Dear Keerthana, first off, if you belong to Tamilnadu, you are not eligible to apply for Tamilnadu colleges under 15% All India Quota. You can only apply for 85% State Counselling if Tamilnadu amd 15% All India Quota for rest of the States except for Jammu and Kashmir. This is because Jammu and Kashmir doesnt participate in All India Counseling. And a candidate of any State cannot apply for All India Quota of the same State that he/she holds domicile of.
