Cutoffs mainly depends from State to state. Including the State factors there are various other factors too due to which cutoffs changes each and every year.
If you consider Maharashtra then you need 260+ in NEET to get a seat in top colleges considering previous year cutoffs.
Note: Only 15% of the seats are reserved under NEET, remaining are reserved for the entrance conducted by State.
