Nishat, if by KIMS you mean Kempegowda Institute of Medical College, then it is a Private Medical College and Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. But because Karnataka is an Open State, you can participate in its State Counselling, even if you do not have the domicile of Karnataka. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
